There may be others, but the only one I'm aware of is the Revell 1/32 kit.
Cobra Company does make a "G" conversion set for the Fujimi AH-1J 1/48

Yup, Revell's is the only large-scale one. Revell's is pretty nice.  New reissue updates a few of the parts with new molded ones for better detail.  The CC upgrade sets, Fireball Modelworks later tail and anti-Strella kit, and Fireball's dacals give you lots of options for different versions and upgrades.  It can come out really nicely.

Italeri and Fujimi are the best in smaller scales.  Not sure of any others.

Monogram did one in 1/72nd years ago that wasn't too bad, but will be very hard to find.

Hey, whats with the model companies ignoring the AH-1G Cobra for so long?   Makes you wonder if Revell had a "patent" on the 1/32 UH-1D and AH-1G.  Good kits for the late 60's but we need some new ones!

Clear Left!

Fujimi did a 1/48th AH-1G years ago(may be the old Aurora kit) which more closely looks like the prototype. I wouldn't waste my money on it. Melgyver is right, why is the G model so overlooked

I'm still holding out hope. MRC/Academy seems to really be on the ball with rotary-wing models right now. Hopefully the good response they are getting from the 1/35 Huey gunships, AH-1Ws, and 1/48 Phrogs and Super Stallions will encourage them to get a production line of more helicopter toolings going. Then again....maybe we just need to grab ahold of their ears and let them know what we want by emailing them to death Evil [}:)]

Yeah, they seriously need to start coming out with some Army birds.  You Marines have had all the luck lately.  First the Phrog, now the -53!  Give me a Chinook, Kiowa Warrior and a G and F model Cobra on that level of detail!

I'll agree with you though, Jon -- my Whiskey needs some of his predecessors to sit with on the shelf.

What about some Navy? In 1/48th all we have is a pretty rough Bravo Seahawk. Now that we have Romeos and Sierras in the fleet, isn't it time for a well detailed MH-60R or MH-60S? And with the Mine-countermeasures and Armed Helo versions of the Sierra coming soon, I think it would make for some interesting subjects.
