Hi all. I've just started on this kit, painting the rotors. The instructions call for decal R1 (data stencil) to be added at the base of the rotor blades. Academy only provide 6 of these. Are they to be added to the top side or the bottom? If both, as the instructions suggest, where are the rest?

All answers appreciated.

Thanks

Data goes on the underside of the rotor blades at the root end of the blade with the information reading from inboard to outboard as you are looking up at the blades (at least all the CH-46s I crewed had the information on the underside of the blades) This is done so the information can be read from the ground instead of having to climb on top of the aircraft to read it.

The actual information gives the weight of the blade plus the original degree of angle on the trim tab and some other stuff that doesn't readily come to mind at the moment.
