Blades - leave them in hot water for few minutes - then slightly bend them in right direction.

gear struts - I would drill hols in both pieces and install a still rod or wire.... depends on a size of them. Sometimes glue works aswell))

Small holes + small wire pieces + CA should do the trick. I bend the rotor bladest before painting. Different rotors blades bend in a different way. Compare with photos and bend them. The colour should stay in place.
