Hi Guys,

Took a little road trip down to the Grayling area yesterday. Here are some pictures of Camp Grayling's UH-1C/M Gunship gate guard.

Always liked the way the early Hueys looked. Wheres the pic with the target in it. Thats an awesome pic.

Looks good.  If you could play your pics in order, it would look like it is flying by and making a gun pass.  Good job.

Oboy! I didn't realize there were any SS-11 birds left!  That is too cool, Alby! 

I'm wondering if that bird actually flew with the system or if it was just hung on there for looks.  I thought all of the M22 system birds were B models.  Here's a couple pics.  The Aircav site has a bunch.

Jon, they were installed on C(later M) models, we only had 1 for each gun platoon

You are welcome, John. You and Melgyver came to mind as I was snapping these. The local VVA Hall has a UH-1H on a pole as well (which I pics of too-not sure if I have them posted here or not).

Think I need to clarify a bit, in addtion to B models, C models were also equiped. Alby, can't remember wiether you did or not. I do appericate you posting them
