I have both the Acad and Has kits and in the painting stage of my build.  I thing the has kit looks better built.  The lines are crisper, but the Has kit is more accurate.  I kit bashed and little and used some of the Has parts, but would say 95% of the build was from the Acad kit.  I'll try posting a few pictures later in the week.

The Hasegawa kit is pretty good too.  Good detail and it gives you the option of building one of the pre-production YAH-64A's as well.  Not sure about 72nd Longbow kits though.  48th, sure, but not 72nd.

HTH,

Jon

Oh, no sorry, its not the Italeri, i'm getting confused its the italeri Kamov that was good, but so was the Apache. That my friend had, it was the Academy, the things that I said before though still apply.

Sorry

squadron wasn't even showing italeri with that one, but i figured they might not be too accurate. actually, i recognize italeri's box art on their older apache! haha that's the fist kit i ever built, somethin like... maybe 7 years ago? back in like 4th grade or something like that. thanks for the info

I understand the Italeri 1/72 Apache is not a bad kit, and has quite a weapons selection. I have seen 1 ocmpleted with a good result.

anyone got any oppinions? as far as i can tell, squadron's got academy, hasegawa, and revell/monogram birds. anything else? maybe some resin kits or more spesified stuff that squadron doesnt have? if not which kit'll be the better one?
