Good looking group of micro helicopters! Smile [:)]     Just so happens, I'm in the middle of kitbashing a 1/144 Revell CH-47D, into the Model 347 research aircraft.     (in the other thread)

Great subject... here's to the 144's! Thumbs Up [tup]    (since we're on the subject... I'm looking for a 144 scale Fokker F-27 to modify into the FH-227, any leads?)

Take care,

Frank

Don't worry 'bout it.  I just thought they'd snuck one out on me. I try to stay up on the kit releases for my census, so if you see something interesting in 1/144 let me know.

Yeah, according to what info I've got on it, Revell AG makes 2 Chinooks. The CH-47D (#04459) is US Army in Germany markings and a HC-1 (#04043) in RAF colors.  My 1/144 helo census is below

Hi!! Looking very good. Well, I'm a 1/144 nut. (See the sig.)  There is a AH-64B and a chinook in 1/144 too.  (plus 2 hind variants, a Havoc, a hokum, NH-90, and a Puma.) I hadn't heard of the MH-60K in that scale. I heard about a MH-60L.

My mistake, it is an L.  But I hadnt heard of the Chinook.  Thats on my wish list now.  I also have alot of 1;144 armor.

Well, I am a huge helo nut.  Specifically, Blackhawks.  So I picked up Dragon's UH-60L, MH-60G, and MH-60K 1:144 sets.  Each set has 2 aircraft.  I also got the AH-64D to go with them.  I already had a CH-53 in the same scale [and an unbuilt F/A-18].

So here is the beginning of my small airwing.

And for fun, a size comparison between a 1:144 blackhawk and a 1:35 blackhawk.  [the 1:144 ones will fit 5 deep inside the 1:35 Chinook!]
