I had long ago lost my copy, giving it away to somebody and never seeing it again......so I went out on amazon and bought another copy and gave it to an engineer here who did a lot of proposal work on the ARH as well as ongoing little bird proposal work........you never know where some ideas will come from, but I've always felt knowing as much history as you can is a good way to start.
