, i made a mistake thinking that the coast guar flew the seahawk but in reality(according to the uscg website )they fly the jay hawk,witch to me looks like a much easier build.but i'm sure will have it's challenges

Actually, the USCG HH-60J Jayhawk is closer to a Navy SH-60B than an MH-60G/L or UH-60A/L, as the Academy kits represent. It will require basically all the conversions that Colin made and then a new nose rebuild as well. A Navy MH-60S would still be the easiest conversion. Good luck.
