Thanks guys!

Avus -
Nah, I'm just hosting the pix from the same webpage, it's just easier for me to keep track of things.

They're not raised panel lines, those are raised rivets. The fit leaves a lot to be desired and I'll probably go through a bottle of gap-filling glue on this one.

Great work so far! Is it for the CASR-X GB, I don't remember?

Does the model have raised panel lines or is it just an effect of light paint on dark background?
I hate raised lines!Angry [:(!]Laugh [(-D]

OK, so while my workspace isn't ready here at "Graceland: East" I try to do as much work as time and space allows me. Been busy working on some decals as of late, but after spending all day laying out graphics, sometimes the last thing I want to do when I get home is to do more! For a change of pace, I broke out my HH-3 a couple of nights ago to install the air dam in front of the intakes. Next up will be th rescue hoist. That's right, the old Revell kit doesn't include either of those things, even though the paint guide and markings are for a machine circa early 1980s.

HH-3 Air Dam

Basic shape is there, now it just needs to have the rough edges smoothed out, gaps filled, etc.

I'm not going to superdetail the cockpit area given the scale and how much of it one would see through the windows, so I'll paint and install the seats, paint the consoles and attach the transparency after I'm finished with the air dam.
