MPM kit input
Posted by denniscermak on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 8:15 AM
Would appreciate input from anyone that has experience with the MPM line of kits. Good, Bad, do not waste your time and money etc. Am contemplating buying an MPM kit of the Sikorsky R -5 H- 5 Helo in 1 / 72 scale, Limited production run, with photo etched parts, kit # 72036. Looks like the one in the movie " Bridges at Toko Ri with William Holden. Do not know if this kit is of a newer production run which are SUPPOSED to be better than the older model kits in their line. Thanks for any and all replies.

It's not a bad kit as far as MPM goes.

The Vacuform clear parts are pretty bad though.

I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it.
