nguy hiem...what does this mean?

Hi fellas, Another quick question for you all. I've seen Nguy Hiem, written on a few tail booms of helicopters, its even included on the revell uh-1d decal sheet , and was wondering what it meant. I've tried to google it but have come up with nothing. Just interested. Can anyone out there enlighten me please. TIA, Rich
