Nice Crane!

Did you build SOTB?  The finish really makes up for alot of the shortcomings of the old kit.

SOTB = Straight Out of The Box, it is usually expressed as OOB (Out Of the Box) though.

Nice, I've got the Revell Kit (thats what yours is right??), whats it like? I'm thinking of converting mine to a firefighting version.

Yes, will. It's Revell kit. Show u the pic for firefighting version, whcih I plan to do originally. By the way, maybe the water absorb pipe could be the stand in some dios.

Good idea with the water pipe, but i've never worked with water resin before, I think I should try smaller before I get that big! I've got access to plenty of pics, we hire two or three of them out here in Aus every fire season. Dads a firefighter so it shouldn't be too hard to get some good pics if I can't google enough. Is that 'Elvis'? cause that chopper is a household name here in NSW!
