Matt looks good so far!!

What technique did ya apply for the maskings ,

What paints did ya use and also what DulCote will ya be using?

They're fun little kits i reckon anyway, i got a couple in my stash here somewhere.

Keep us posted

Almost done with this Classic
Posted by blkhwkmatt on Monday, January 15, 2007 11:47 PM

I started this one while I was at Ft Rucker this summer, guess it had something to do with the fact that every time you drove on or off post there was a static display of a huey!!!  I love the sounds and shape of this classic bird.  Reminds me of a classic mustang or corvette in the emotions that it calls to mind!  Kit is the Revell UH-1C built completely OOB.  I'll still ad a bit more weathering and then a good healthy coat of matt finish and it will be done.  I had to re attach the main rotor once already since it made contact with my curious 3yr old!!

Here are the pics:

More to come once it is all done, and I will be opening the cargo doors once the flat coat is done!!

Thanks for looking and all the comments!

Matt
