Just finished my Italeri 1/48 Bell OH-13 (pics)

I considered scratchbuilding a tail boom out of Evergreen plastic tubing, but I couldn't be bothered , so I detailed the kit a bit instead. I added some wires to the cockpit, scratchbuilt a little headset (with my newly-acquired Waldron punches - don't know how I've done without those for so many years!), added a distibutor and wires to the spark plugs, added control wires in the tail boom, a new air intake duct from a bit of wire insulation, stretched sprue antennas, fuel tank lids and retaining wires, and I drilled out the gun barrels and added photoetched ammo belts. Pity it all doesn't show up in my rather cruddy pics, but hey, I tried
