H-43 B Huskie Helicopter 1-48 Testors (TES7206) (???)

All,

Are you aware of a re-run of the Testors/Italeri H-43B kit?  I thought it was a 1/32 scale.  I found one on e-Bay listed as 1/48.  I contacted the seller (a hobby store) who said Testors is now producing it as 1/48. Is it accurate?  The box reads "1/48".  Anybody knows the net-net about this one?

Both Greatmodels and Squadron list it as 1/32 with the same boxart and a similar price. I believe that to be a typo.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Have the kit on the shelf of LHS. The scale on the box says 1/48 but....it crossed by hand writing in black pen saying it is 1/32!!!  The mark is under the factory plastic seal.

Thanks, that's what I thought.  I was surprised the re-run would have the same model number...  I saw the old one, and it was undoubtedly 1/32...  Too bad! (I do only 1/48).

I am currently working on that kit. The box says 1/48 but it is obviously 1/32. It usually runs about $12 so I would pay to much for it on ebay unless it comes with some extras.

Cobra Company made a great resin detail kit for it, if you are interested I would contact Cobra Company ASAP since he is closing down and selling off his remaining stock.

Thanks.  Note that, yesterday, I contacted Cobra co. for something else, and they told me they will re-open for business on June 1st.

I have the same kit on the shelf as well that I got for my birthday.  Seeing this post I just opened it and it looks 1/32 to me.  Just me 2 cents
