Yes, out of the box, the stub wings are angled up a tad too high, which is exaggerated even more when the rocket pods are added. A solution posted over at HKN was to fill the fuselage divots in with resin and then eyeball the mounting of the stubwings on your own.

Well I am building one too with crew figures from the Dragon OH-6 Cayuse and the Academy UH-1 Huey in fact I have a post going showing the progress of the Cockpit and engine.

One thing to note issue wise the gunners control stick is molded backwards so the mounting tab will have to be removed so the stick can face forward like it is supposed to do.

Looks great, i wish my OOB Cobra had come out like that, Paint job looks really good too. looking at yours and looking at mine.. i think i put my vents on back to front Ooops.

Not too bad for OOB with a less than adequate kit! I have three to be done but, I've got to wait for finances to get better. I want the CC sets also.

I started this project without any reference. I had some fit issues along the way. Really did not like the way the canopy lined up. I need to get me a vac-former. All-in-all I am happy with the results. It is builted OOB. I applied 3 different shades of OD to the surface. I have another one to be built. I have the strella and tail rotor conversion coming for it when it becomes avalible from fireball. I am all so going to get some stuff from Cobra Company to go along with it. Hope you like.

I dont know how accurate it is or not. Like I said, just OOB.
