Anybody have a copy of this (by Pete Harlem) that they want to sell, or photocopy? Have just missed getting two copies (bookstore sold one to a walkin the day before I tried to buy it over the internet, and one in the UK sold for what I thought was unreasonably high price, but sold anyway). Getting a copy has become a passion. Will pay reasonable price, or cover photo copying expenses.
