i'm looking this time for picture or drawings of the erea inside and behind the HIRSS as

shown in red on this picture

Can somebody help me with a picture, a drawing, a link, or an info where I can find that ?

Here you go. This has a ton of pictures you could probably use for the entire helicopter. That is if you're building a pavehawk, although most could be used anyway

Norbert,go to www.arcair.com click on walkarounds,click on helicopters,then click on UH-60 with interior shots and you'll find a pic of the HIRSS underneath with the cargo door closed.I tried to copy and paste it for you but it will not work.Hope it helps you!
