The stabilator folds along both sides of the vertical fin in the stowed postion. The left side is sandwhiched in between the tail and the tailboom, while the right side is visible when looking at the tail from the port side.

In these photos you can see the folding points on the stabilator of this HH-60G Pave Hawk;

Hello there all, I hope everyone is having a good day. I am currently working on the seahawks for my CVN 65,and I've seen that the tail folds to the port of the helo, but what I can't tell from the photo is what happens to the tail rudder since it's quit large. I'm sure it has to fold somehow so it can be stowed. Well thats about it and as always all help and advice is greatly appreiciated,and thanks.
