HH-3E walkaround
Posted by jeaton01 on Friday, February 29, 2008 1:16 PM

For another thread here I took a series of detail photos of the HH-3E at McClellan, they are on my web site at this link:

http://yolo.net/~jeaton/Helicopters/hh3/hh3.htm

It includes rotor heads, someone else was looking for detail pictures of that area, there are about 120 pictures in all.

Ah... ok. HH-3E.

Great pics!  Gonna use em in my scratchbuilt 48th scale HH-3E interior!

Sorry about that.  I was in a hurry to get out the door when I did the post.

Great pics jeaton01. I just got back from Sacramento and visited the museum at McClellan. While I was taking pictures of the HH-3E one of the curators came over and we started talking. He let me take pics of the inside, but after about five shots my camera crapped out.

John,

That's what I call a thorough and extensive walkaround. I'm sure many of us , including myself, will benefit immensely from those pics. Thanks for taking the time to take and post them.

Regards,

Rich

You're welcome, Rich.  As long as my host doesn't throw me out I'll keep adding pictures!  Luckily they like airplanes too and the other people who have web pages don't use much memory.
