CH-53E Door guns

Can I use Cobra companys XM-93 mini guns for the front door guns on the 53E? If so what if any mods are needed?
Cluster bombing from B-52s is very, very accurate. The bombs always hit the ground.

No, USMC CH-53E's use XM-218 .50 cals on the left side window and right side crew door.  These 50's are essentially the same old M-2 .50 cals with the extended cooling jackets.  I used resin parts from a Verlinden B-17 armorment kit to replace academy's simplistic guns.  The aft ramp mounted machine gun (for the aircraft equiped with them) is also a .50.  However, it is a GAU-16 or 17 (I can't remember).  It is essentially the same thing with a higher rate or fire and a very large ammo can incorporated into the mount.  The can sits just below the gun.  Sorry, I don't have a picture handy.

The new ramp gun is the GAU-21 .50 cal it's a really cool design.  it has a rate of fire of around 1000  RPM (rounds per minute).  A totaly new design that will be used on the Navy's MH-60S

Forgot to mention that the GAU-16 is a .50 cal, but i don't remember the diff bettween it and the XM218.  The GAU-17 is a 7.62 minigun AKA M134,GAU-2,Dillon-Areo minigun.

For questions about ordinance, wait for the Ordinance-Man.  Thanks for the clarification/correction.
