It's a French Puma carrying GIGN troops crashing during a training mission. From what I read, there was no victims (amazing luck considering that one of the passenger was ejected out during the crash). Impressive crash though! Amazing how long it took for the engine to spool down (after the main rotor blades broke away, the helicopter kept spinning on the ground).
I don't know when this was posted, so it may be "old news".
