I just ordered the Imex Apache. Does anyone know anything about this kit?

I have heard nothing but unfavorable reports regarding the Imex/Kangnam 1/35 AH-64's.

Here's an example from Jon Bernstein.

Jon knows what he's talking about. He's an active U.S. Army Apache pilot.

Response to IMEX Apache Questions

Yep, the list of inaccuracies and fixes for the 35th scale Kangnam/IMEX -64 kits is about as long as my arm. It really is just a crappy, poorly researched and poorly manufactured kit. I scrapped mine after about 30 hours of trying to fix it. Just didnt want to work. Instead, I spent as much time converting a Revell AH-64A in 32nd and got MUCH better results.

The only really accurate AH-64D kit out there is the Hasegawa 1:48th kit. For Alphas you have a bit more wiggle room, since the Monogram classic is a great kit, barring the fit issues; and the Hasegawa is even better.

Ditto to the above.  I said about the same thing in your "Looking for a 1/35 Apache" post.  Better bet is the Revell 1/32 kit.  Hope you can cancel the order.  It is better to ask about a kit you are not sure of before buying it.
