In 1995, Squadron published a "MINI in action" titled "H-13 Sioux" (ISBN 0-89747-329-0). This mini covers in detail all of the variations of this chopper in B&W photos with color center spread illustrations in their typical format. Some fairly good engine details (careful of the variations) and several not-all-that-close cockpit shots.

You may want to try http://www.airliners.net and do a search for type as there are a several military and civilian examples (most likely modified some) still flying with excellent color photography included. Again, careful of variation.

HTH

Thanks,
Kevin Keefe

Hi Alaxandre

I am about to put a whole heap of Bell 47 pics up on my site. Trouble is, it is a Greek 47G. They may still be of some use to you.

Keep an eye on my site, Iam just in the process of re-arranging the walkarounds and puting up the 47G and MD500 pics I took recently. 2-3 days and they'll be up.

I hope this helps !

Hi Alexandre,

I got those pics up. The page is not fully integrated yet so nav within the site may be dodgy, but this address will take you straight to them.

All the best,

Graeme.

Squadon has that in stock....nice price too: $5.36. Just go to Squadron.com and enter "H-13" in the search window.

Ah well, I tried, but you know how these museum people are about plebs climbing around on their displays!

Alexandre, My pics are the G model. It differs from your D type in that the engine is turbocharged and the engine bay has been extended to incorporate that. You cab see the difference in the frame members of the "fuselage" and the extra machinery and plumbing. The G also has saddle tanks rather than the Ds single tank and I think the D doesn't have the tailplane? The rest is largely the same. Incidentally, Revell did do a G type in 1:35 some time ago and you can still pick them up from time to time.
