The Helo Drab is going to be too dark for a Charlie model Huey. The Army didn't start using that shade until well after Vietnam. I use regular Model Master Olive Drab enamel for my Vietnam-era birds.

You also might try Testors Model Master US Army helo Drab. I used this color for a recently completed UH-1in 1/72nd scale. I lightened it a bit for scale color effect and turned out very nice. More importantly; it looks accurate according to my references.

You can use any brand of Olive drab green. I use Testors Master enamel.
