I belive you could use the Jumbo Sherman and also the 105 equipped Sherman.  My copy of the book, "A Bood-Dimmed Tide" shows a picture of 3rd AD tankers with a Jumbo and a 105 Sherman in the snow of the Ardennes.

There were several versions of Shermans used by US forces during the Bulge fighting: M4, M4(105mm), M4A1, M4A1 (76mm), M4A3, M4A3 (76MM), M4A3 Jumbo, M4A3 (76mm)HVSS, and M4A3 (105MM). Take your pick.

In 1/35, various of these kits (except the M4 (105MM)- that one would require some conversion work to make) are made by Tamiya (M4, M4A3Jumbo, M4A3, M4A3(105mm) ), Italeri (M4A1 (76mm), M4A3 (76MM) M4A3), Dragon (M4A1, M4A1(76mm),M4A3(76mm), M4A3(76mm)HVSS, M4A3(105mm)HVSS), and Tasca (M4A1).

The HVSS aka  E8 first entered combat service during the Bulge.

I agree.  You could pretty much use any of them.  Squadron-Signal's Sherman In Action has lots of nice photos for reference.
