You mean floor joists? If you're so inclined, I run a piece of straight pin through the walls and into the end of the joist before gluing, effectively "nailing" it there.. I hide the heads of the pins with trim made from three different widths of basswood to look like a molding, cornise or a reveal, depending on where it is..

I'm with Gino.. any craft glue would do it. I like "tacky glue",  cause its thick and very sticky. Another option that I have just discovered is the hot glue gun...Its like the crazy glue of white glue! Good luck!

You can also use plain, old white PVA glue (Elmers School Glue).  Rough up the plastic a bit to give it something to grip to.

epoxy for one, super glue and if clamped there is some stuff called gorilla glue but it foams up so it is best to glue to sheets together under weight while it sets{ larger pieces}
