It's because I spent 10 years as US Army artilleryman, Viktor.. Stuff like the spades kinda "jump" out at me..Wink [;)] Just chalk it up to "next time" and drive on...Big Smile [:D]

Thank you again guys!

It's good to have your support!

The truth is that the spades detail escaped me completely, but there is no time to fix it now!

Very nice job, other than the spades Hans pointed out, which I too would have overlooked. I do enjoy when people model figure kits straight out of the box and arrange them as they were meant to be built simply because I have this kit, but the figures all got mix matched and used with different kits to make new people, but it’s kind of cool seeing what can be done OOB and it does work for a nice little diorama.

Well done!

Excellent, if you would like to see my dio of the Italeri 105mm Howitzer (old kit ) along with the DML 101st A/B @ Bastonge please visit the "Armorama site"

I used the picture of the new DML kit of the same theme I just saw. Awsome

Thank you Viktor... yes, you have been a big help.  I wasn't sure if I can buy decent looking trees as good as yours somewhere and you were right... my local hobby store sells those in the trains section.  Enjoy your diorama! Thumbs Up [tup]

Thank you guys!

The tree is a NOCH Acacia Tree. All I  did was drybrush it with tones of grey (for the log) and green for the leaves. Guess you can find NOCH trees anywhere in your neighbourhood.

Hope I helped

Very nice dioramas! Thumbs Up [tup]  Was the tree scratchbuilt?  If so, how did you do it?  Tree looked GREAT... almost too real.  If not, where did you buy it?  GRIN   Thanks for sharing!

Nice little scene... Only thing you need to fix is the spades... They should be dug in. Otherwise the gun will run over the crew when it's fired..

The figures could use a another shot of clear flat too...

PaK 36mm Anti tank gun (1/35)

Someplace in the Front, Hans, Joachim and Michael, along with their leader Thomas were waiting for the next wave of the enemy attack. Up to now, there was no sign of enemy armour, and they felt quite relaxed.

Suddenly, out of the bushes far ahead the first armoured vehichle of the enemy column showed up. The whole line burst into firing. No time for rest, just aim, shoot and try to survive

(The model is the 1/35 Tamiya PaK36 Anti tank gun  w/ crew, built out of the box into a small vignette)
