Modern Navy Deck Equipment in 1/48
Posted by paintsniffer on Friday, May 29, 2009 8:03 PM
Does anyone make modern Navy deck equipment such as tow tractors, air carts, bomb carts, etc in 1/48? I have been poking around on the internet but coming up dry.

Excuse me.. Is that an Uzi?

Take a look at PWMP (Plastic World Modeling Products) from Belgium.
They have a few 1/48 USN carrier tractors as well as 1/32 tractors and flight deck figures.
PWMP products are available through Lucky Model.

Hagesawa used to make a very nice set of air force ground equipment.. I managed to land one of those kits a while back... As far as I can tell the Hagesawa navy kits are just deck crew.. No equipment.

Thanks for the heads up on PWMP.. That is exactly what I am looking for.
