Hi to all

I am new to this forum so please beer with me; I am in the middle of a diorama, which is showing a US. Pershing and troops being caught up in an ambush. For the first I am using a building and I would like to put a roof on it. Can any body please let me know what size material is should make the Trusses and laths out of. If you can I would be very great fullQuestion [?]

here are some pics for ya to check out, I don't know what the sizes are but if i find any building going on I'll get some pics if I have my camera with me? these are all from germany , Rothenberg to be exact ( pronounce rote-hen- berg, just say it fast and all toghether).

nice place redleg. I was able to check theboorgs.org website he has a good roofing material there for his dio just dont know what material he use to do it. any idea on roofing on ww II houses?

the real thing was and still is ceramic tile shingles, I haven't tried a house yet but I'd try clay and bake it?then you can carve what you want ?

Some architectural supplies stores sell scale roof materials in sheets. I am not particularly sure about the scale, though.

Plastruc has great roofing materials that come in sheets and have all kinds of styles and scales.they attach to basewood with zap a gap super glue (thick).Works Great
