Diorama Clervaux - part 3 finished
Posted by roudeleiw01 on Friday, November 20, 2009 4:47 AM

Hi everybody,

I want to give you a short update on the state of "Diorama Clervaux". The third part is just finished and for the first time i was able to put the three parts together.

It is rather difficult to take good pictures from such a little dio Whistling [:-^], i will do more oin a later session. The dio is now 1,5 x 2,2 meters and it took me 4 years to get this done.

this one taken before a local expo last weekend

and others

my first tank since 5 years

Hope you like them.

I must add (as a selfpublisher i am forced to) that on my website www.diorama-clervaux.com you can not only see what the whole dio is all about, but also still buy my book about the build of the castle. There are also some reviews about the book posted.

The package finally crossed the big pond and is now also in stock with my american reseller Monroeperdue.  (not a lot for now as the package has been torned open and half the books stolen!)

Thanks for looking

Claude

Thanks,

Let me add this picture, just for fun,

it's a close up of the scratchbuild cart and the horse, where i took away the original plastic hair ( the horse is a mix of he Tamiya Fieldkitchen and the head of a newer Dragon one) and replaced it with real rabbits fur.

Ther ewill be a girl sitting in the cart as well as a half dozen other figures still to build

Allow me please to remind you (one last time) that the book about the build of Castle Clervaux is still available at my website www.diorama-clervaux.com

Reviews about the book can be seen on my page also.

If you want it to put under the Christmas Tree, it is better to order now.

My US-reseller Monroeperdue may not have enough in stock if you wait to long and shipping time if you order directly from me can be anything from 1-4 weeks.

Thank you very much

I don't think I could do that much on a diorama. It looks really good. You did a really nice job on the buildings. To have that much detail you must have a lot of patience.
