I searched my favorite site for what you're looking for, it seems you have no luck. They have Russian soldiers 1:72 for many eras, but not WWII. Suggestions: try other era - from ancient to modern, or move up to 1:35 - that's standard scale for armors and dioramas, I would say.

You could use German ground crew figures also, as the Russian VVS coveralls are almost identical to the Luftwaffe ones, as well the side-caps worn... The only  real modification you need to make is that the Russians bloused their coveralls into their jackboots whereas the Germans didn't, or wore lace-up steel-toed ankle boots.. Paint the coveralls brown instead of black and *poof*, Russians...

The only Russian ground crew i have come across are some Cezch master resin ones, but they are modern, and there ain't many of them. I think your only option is as Hans suggested, and maybe modify the figs to get the posers you want.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so
