The closest you will find are the Arii Bonnet Buses in 1/32.  The issue with them is they are Japanese and have the entry door on the left side, as opposed to a US school bus which has one on the rt side.  You could probably cut the door section out and relocate it to the rt side though.  I have thought about doing the same.

Another option is to scratch/convert one using the above-mentioned Opel Blitz kit.  There is an article in the May 1990 FSM where Lewis Pruneau did it to show a Cambodian bus covered and filled with riders called, "Standing Room Only".  It is on the front of the mag.

Good luck.

Some of the Japanese companies do buses in 1/32. Have a look here and see if anything appeals.

The only thing close to a 1/35 school bus I can think of is the old Airmodel conversion for turn an Opel Blitz into a bus.  This would, however be a late-30's style bus.

I'm doing a dio and I can't seem to find a school bus in 1/35 scale. Does anyone know where I can find one.  Also a few years ago Verlinden had some kits from a Spanish company called Alahmbra(?).  I can't seem to find them.  Are they still around maybe under a new name?  Many thanks in advance!
