Bravo Zulu

on the 1st place win!!!!  I wished we had tournaments/model shows here in this state, Im not sure anyone models here or not?? been trying to find people here who are intot he hobby but no luck so far, keep up the good work and once again "congrats"

First of all, let me echo the congrats on the first place win.  Well done and well deserved.

To the above:

Jeff,

There is a show in Maine - 'DownEastCon'.  It is held in the fall timeframe (I'd have to get you specific dates), in Southern Maine.  Shoot me a 'Conversation' if you want me to get you some specifics.

That looks cool! Congrats for the trophy. Master Box has just recently released "Iraq, kit 2" figure set containing 3 insurgents and a boy. I've got one and will have it built into a vignette soon.

hey guys. been awhile. havent had time to build much or do much with work and all. got this thing together for a show yesturday...was surprised i took first as i didnt do my "normal work" on it. some may like it some may not. regardless i have my first 1st place win and i can die a happy man now. the figures are both warriors and verlinden. the building/base was constructed from hydrocal. some of you might recognize the figures and a few details from my old but now defunct "mayhem in the hood" dio. met and unfortunate water accident (leaky pipe in basement). so i salvaged what i could from it. thanks for looking and as always comments and critiques appreciated.
