Thank you very much....exactly what I was looking for.

On the bench:  Tamyia Mosquito Mk. VI for the '44 group build.  Yes, still.

Go to White Ensign Models website.  They have their own Colourcoat paints and every color you need for ships and Naval models, including 20-B Deck Blue.

The color in question has a name - 20-B Deck Blue, depending on the camouflage scheme of the carrier you're building and what time frame you choose.

I hate to bring up an old thread, but I'm building a base for a Hellcat.  I've seen this color mentioned many times, Deck Blue.  And, I think there is a Weathered Deck Blue as well.  I've looked in the acrylic paint brands that I could find, MM, Vallejo, and Tamyia; and I haven't been able to find anything named either Deck Blue or Weathered Deck Blue.  Is there an appropriate substitute?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have the Eduard WW" US Flight Deck base.

I am returning to modelling after last building in 1979.

I have invested the money I could not when younger like decent paints Airbrush and tools.

Learned loads off you friendly modellers and glad to be back in the hobby it has improved 100%.

Can anyone now  advise me what the colour scheme is for the above mentioned base or is there a site which has Painting guides so I can get a realistic finish to the deck to place my work in progress corsair.
