Copper State Models  http://www.amug.org/~copperst/figures.html made a number of resin WW 1 pilots, but that company was up for sale over a year ago, so not sure if they would still be running even though their web site is.   Rollmodels still seems to carry them.

PJ Productions makes one German  pilot but is sitting atop a fuselage.
