Thanks for the comments much appreciated.

I purchased the leaves from the internet. I think the company was greenline.

I tried to convey the image of a machine gun squad marching down a country road in Autumn.

I noticed that lightly used roads sometimes have a green strip of grass and weeds in the middle that has not been disturbed by wheels or feet.

It may look a bit funny as I had no room to place ditches at either side of the build.

This is why other eyes seeing your builds and giving constructive comment is useful.

Did you make the leaves?  One suggestion that i have ( take it with a grain of salt) is that it looks like they are marching on a strip of grass surrounded by bare earth.  Since the strip looks like a trail, i think that having grass on the sides and bare earth on the path would seem more logical.  Great job with the highlights and shadows on the faces.
