Excellent work there!
MM--I am not too sure the driver would be wearing light intensifying goggles in the bright desert sun. I would want dark goggles there. PJ did a good job on this one. Agree that more is needed in the truck bed. S/b lots of ammo boxes, misc boxes of rations, and personal sacks and sleeping bags, etc. Worth it to make the extra effort to get them.
Reminds me of the film "Sea of Sand". If you haven't seen it go get it!
Yes, you got the point.

HeavyArty You're right, there should be more things like that on the truck. The kit just didn't supply them. Right, that is why they make accessory sets. Do a little research and you will find a bunch that can work for WWII in N Africa.

Many thanks for your kind words. You're right, there should be more things like that on the truck. The kit just didn't supply them.

Great Builds, Love the LRDG Dio only one thing. Where is all the Extra gear? Gas & Water cans, bed rolls, tarps, etc. Items that I for one would never venture into the Sahara without. Just saying.
Gerry,
Thanks so much. Enjoy your posts too.
