hi, here I try to post some images of one of my last work.. it's an ICM ford 3000, adapted to be a matford, the french version, being "englishized" in chad, then capturated and used to carry a dragon's flak 38 from the WL somewhere in the libyan desert. I added also four figures from MB and some objects here and there.
I started thinking from this picture...
and risked to loose myself with the PE on the flak..
then scratched the wooden post for it:
reproducing the "right" wheels was interesting..
I liked to cut and redo the rear to fit the flak, either if it was necessary to do a Mk I and a II of them..
having done the rear, I prepared some stuff to fill it in, under, and around..
and then moved to the base,
and the figures, adding something to the otherwise a little bit poor MB ones.
along the way I elected to add a windsocket, to "verticalize" the dio, to match the colours of the flag on the bonnet, and to swinging from the "all yellow" impact of the scene.
and that's it!
I hope you enjoy it, I had a lot of fun doing this project!
