Awesome work! Love the design and it execution came out great!

Only quibble is the crewman is kinda sitting high and exposed up there!

That finished nicely, Scott!  Are you on at the Maschinen Krieger forum, too?  I feel I've seen a build blog of this subject.  Is this 1/35 or in a larger scale?

Yup, I'm on that forum too. I have it in the "in progress" section of 'fan design'.

I do my stuff in 1/35 scale so that I can make figures easily.

I started doing these scratchbuilds because Ma.K and other neat sci fi kits are so darned expensive. I'm a graphic artist too, so I enjoy being able to be creative and come up with something unique.
