Thanks G-J. Its just static grass that you can get from a lot of model shops. I have quite a selection, a lot of it woodland scenics. I use a mix of colours and lengths.

Sweet looking dio!

One question:  What did you use for the ground cover?  It came out great.

On the bench:  Tamyia Mosquito Mk. VI for the '44 group build.  Yes, still.

Thnaks a lot all. I am really pleased with this. Both because i finally have a completed Stuka and because of how it has turned out. And a lot of that is down to what i have learned on here.

Eric, i saw a photo of a Stuka with a ground crewman sitting up there taking the top engine panel off. So i just had to do it.

That's beautiful work, Bish. I wouldn't believe it was 1/72 scale if you hadn't said so. I particularly like the color balance - very convincing.

Looks great Bish! The poses for the figures look good too, especially the guy sitting in front of the windscreen. Nicely done!

This is Academy's 1/72nd Ju 87G-1 just finished for the Ground Attack GB.

I added an Aires resin set which comprised cockpit, engine and guns. Also from Quickboost the front undercarrage and prop. It was painted with Xtracolour enamels, i used Pro Moddeler wash in the panel lines and went over the top of the wings very lightly with AK interactive's streaking grime.

For the ground equipment i used an oil cart from Matador Models, the tall ladder is from Airmodel and the other ladder, tool box and bucker from Bren Gun.

It's about time i built a Stuka. Its my all time favorite aircraft, and until now i didn't have a completed one on the shelf. The Academy kit is really nice, even with all the extra's its pretty well detailed. There are only a couple of minor accuracy issues, for those who worry about those things. The fit was very good with only a little filler needed.

Hope you like it.

Thanks for looking. All comments and feedback very welcome.
