Absolutely stunning!  Take a picture of this with the sea in the background and youd certainly fool a lot of people into believing it was real.  Beautiful work! Ganda!

Now :

 I do like that ! I used LCM-6 units as oil spill boats out in the San Francisco area . Well , I was crew on one . We had LORI lift boxes and booms on the sides and a two story deckhouse ,extended engine area (for gen room ) and Closed forward with no ramps . Interesting boats those .

my dioramas 15 years ago stunk out loud, I'm sure if you keep at your building, you'll find each completed model you do is better than your last. In my building I found if I planned the diorama out before I build it, things turns out better in my work.

Thanks for noticing the seagulls! I searched hobby shops, craft shops and gift stores here in Rhode Island no scale gulls were to be found..I carved mine from wood, it took a few tries(never tried this before), the two I used were the best I could do.... they needed to be on the model diorama just like the real gulls that "bombed us" when we worked on a lighthouse or buoy.

The scale is 1:35 very popular with the military model folk. My figures are a "mish mash" of Verlinden,  Eduard and Tamiya's figures. The bodies, limbs and heads were intermingled among the kits, the Verlinden are resin and have the best detail(especially the heads) over the injection molded figures. And thanks for your comments, you do some awesome work.

Your dio is very nicely done!! There is a lot going on in such a small space. The boat's interior details are clean and crisp. A couple of questions, what scale are you working in? Where did you get the figures? Overall, a great scratch building effort!!

Excellent work indeed!  I am using the Hobby Boss kit to convert to a modern day USN 50’ utility work boat and am hoping it turns out half as nice as your work.
