Dave what a very cool build, I'd like to see Godzilla in the street like a 50's monster movie with people running and hanging out of the windows. All kidding aside, thats so cool and the detail is awesome.

Its great to see boomtime in Davetown. I am glad that you are back at it, and hope that you can put in your time at the bench.

Don the zip code is 20622. Real estate prices are down, but not very much property is available right now.

Grew up outside Phila., so I'm a bit familiar with the area.  Can see the connection.  What's the zip code?, .... Smile, and how are real estate prices?  Starting to look for a retirement community, you see...

Davetown is fictitiously located in Maryland. Along the Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Crymeya River. Near Kreepy Creek and Mallow Creek.

Davetown looks to me to be very similar to Florala, Alabama.  Except for the marijuana shop...

MRME, I don't really know how big Davetown is. I don't have enough room to put it all together. So far I have 22 dioramas built.

MRME

whats wrong with the marijuana shop could be any small town in either Colorado, or Washington state.

Not a "Federally Licensed Marijuana Distributor"

Yep, it's a pair of sneakers. The kids steal other kids sneakers and toss them around the power lines. It's a bit of a problem.

I was looking a little closer and you have put a lot of great little details into it.  You could play a "Find It" game with Davetown!  Big Smile  Window fan, birdhouse, pigeons...  Is that a pair of tennis shoes hanging from one of the power lines?  Great stuff!

Now that is so cool. You've done an excellent job of depicting what could be a part of just about any historic downtown in America.

Except for the "Federally Licensed Marijuana Distributor"!  Ha-ha

Davetown is looking awesome!  As a Coke collector, i especially like the aged Coke sign on the brick building.  Very cool.  Looking great Dave!
