I like it. Are the figures from a Tamiya kit? Oh, and what did you use for the sand? My only objection would be that the barrel of the tank is too elevated for infantry attack/advance.

The figures are indeed Tamiya. You use to be able to get them as a figure set, and they are usually included in the Panzer two kit. That's the old 1970's kit though.
