To make a long saga short, the motorhome is a conversion I did of a Hess Oil promo model. I added a mostly scratch built interior and a few other details.

Interesting pictures. I've still never made it out to one of those annual shows.

I've never heard of Dominion Iron, I'll look it up though. I get the Equipment Echoes quarterly as part of my membership.  

Thanks Guys for the kind comments. The are much appreciated.  SprueOne, Glad to meet another HECA member on board.  Most of my model building centers around construction, agricultural and trucks. There is an article in Feb 2012 issue of Dominion Iron about the building of m crusher.

Thanks  CN. The fun part is chatting with all the old guys  who usually start the conversation with ï used to operate one of those shovels" or " Is that a Sandy crusher? My >>>> used to own one". And then they quote a string of model numbers to which I can only smile and nod and glean all the info I can.

Like old cars, old machines are addictive.

That's outstanding!  You're gonna be busy cleaning off all of the 5 year old's finger and nose prints from the glass!  (and probably some 55 year olds as well)
