Thanks guys. I take your advice to heart. Yeah the cobbles look a little stark in the pics. I should try to do a little darker modulation on them. They look better in person. I use my phone for all my pics and that washed it out even more.

As the guys said it looks a little too clean and peaceful. I won't give you any advice beyond that since I'm still not very good at this sorta thing myself. 

It looks good! 1/72 figures are tough and you did a nice job with them. Only suggestion is to tone down the cobble a bit, maybe with some brown to tie in, visually anchor the figures and tank to the base. Look at some real cobble, you'll see the shades are different in the middle of the street, along the gutter.
