That sounds like a very cool project ...

For the sound recording part ... check out any electronics store ... like Radio Shack. From Radio Shack .... my sweet wife got me a little heart for Valentines Day this year that records a short message ... ...not sure if this digital circuit would record a long enough piece of music for your needs ... but, if not, perhaps they would have something similar that would.

Good luck with your George Reeves (in my humble opinion ... the best Superman there ever was) Superman project ... and keep us posted with your progress ... maybe some pictures ...

I´ve seen greeting cards that have a chip which you can record your own messages. There was a limit to the length of the message but I think it would be enough for a short clip.
Maybe you could strip one of those cards and use the electronics in it, provided you find one.
