1st & 3rd pltns deploying into structures while Stabs, 2nd pltn, HW pltn, AA pltn & attached Pioneer elements move on. 5th AA pltn was authorised replacing the HMG section of the HW pltn. due to Allied air supremacy.

Wow, that's a lot of 251s!!! Nice work, the 251s look good and I like the buildings, good looking diorama all around.

Thankyou Gamera. The bases are repurposed from recent previous dios. Vehicles & figures have been about thirty years, on and off, in the making.

I'm currently working on another 30+ Preiser & ROCO figures to add some more dimension to this scene. The Preiser figs can have up to 7 pieces, plus up to 11 pieces of kit to attach. As you can imagine this is pretty laborious. The advantage is the ability to swap around components to arrive at differing poses. The disadvantage is in 1/87 scale, the components can be quite small.
