Currently doing a 'What If' diorama for operation Sea Lion, here's what I have so far. Now I'm trying to determine the best way to place everything.

These are the two best ways to display the tank that's been knocked out. Now it's just I'm trying to figure out what the most realistic way to display the gun crew. Thanks in advance
I'm an old school dio guy.
You have two competing subjects which make the viewer kind of stare down the middle.
The Wehr guys alone with a symbol of England like a road sign or a shot up civilian car.
The same with the tank alone.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I see what you're saying, I'm trying to go for a desperate times look. The British are counter attacking with tanks that were too old and not maintained and the Germans are holding their bridgehead with a new recoilles gun. the gun crew is scanning and waiting for anymore targets while one soldier stairs in awe at the tank that has been knocked out. Makes the viewer wonder, did the gun team do that or is he an awe that this vehicle was pressed into service?
