Haven't seen it by Verlinden. They do make an Oil cart and a Starter cart in this scale.

Thanks mates ! Yes - I'm looking for something bigger, on wheels. Yes Philip, I heard about that book, but I have no opportunity to buy it now, but I will try to work it out somehow. Thank you again - I will still look for it . Someone told me that perhaps Verlinden made this extinguisher, but I couldn't find it in catalogues.

Those look like armor fire extinguishers. Airfield ones would probably be larger.

I have not seen a pic of an extinguisher by a Me-262 and am having no luck finding an extinguisher.
There is (was) a great book put out by Schiffer Publishing Ltd on Luftwaffe Airfield Equipment. Think it concentrated on vehicles but may have what you are looking for.
Here is a link to one for sell (kind of steep though) or maybe someone here has the book and they can check for you.
